We woke to a great day - clear blue sky's, but quite cold. We checked out of Grant Village and headed out of Yellowstone.

There were road works on the road out of yellowstone so we took stopped an took a few pictures, as even the views from the side of the road were amazing.

We stopped at Lewis lake, and had a walk along the shore , the view of the Grand Tetons were great.

We then stopped of at a bird reserve and had a walk among the willow trees, before heading back to the SUV and driving over to the Grand Tetons National park.

We then drove to the String Lake trail head and went for a hike up to Inspiration Point. We did this by hiking round the north side of Jenny lake, and up to Hidden Falls and then up to inspiration point.

Once we had finished the hike we stoped at Dornans in Moose, where we were able to buy some outdoors gear at knock down prices, we then drove all the way to Lander a distance of 150 miles arriving at around 4pm, where we found a room at the Best Western. We had as wim and used the hot-tub , then we had dinner at a good restaurant called Cowfish.
