We decided to ride a trail we hadn't done before today so decided to ride the Flat Pass trail. We rode straight from our apartment along Spanish Valley Drive, then turned off towards Kens Lake. Where we did our first river crossing and got onto the trail itself. |
The trail had a good mix of terrain, and nice views, and was very quiet we didn't see any other people on the trail. |
We had to cross the creek many times, and by the time we crossed the creek for the last time our chains were squeaking and grinding (Take Lube with you if you do this ride). The trail itself was 16 miles long , but we rode further as we didn't do it as a point to point ride.
In the evening we had dinner at Bucks Ranch House , which was very good.
