As the weather forecast was for rain, we decided to go for a day hike on the route known as the Settsass circuit. The rain held off for the first part of the hike, and we stopped and had lunch at the settsass peak. There were masses of wild flowers at this level. We then carried on hiking the loop , and it rained on us for about 30 minutes The hike had a wide variety of trail conditions which made it a very interesting hike, in total the hike was 8.3 miles.
