We caught the 7.30am flight direct flight from Gatwick airport to Venice with British airways

We had rented a car on line from alamo, but they dont have an office at the airport instead you have to get the car from their rental partner Maggiore. The car we were given was a Ford Focus Diesel 1.5.

We set off along the A27 a toll road until we turned off on the ss203

We stopped in Belleuno at a supermarket on the main road to Arraba, and bought provisions for our stay in the Dolomites. And had a drink and slice of pizza at the food court there.

We then carried on driving to Arraba and arrived there at 4.30pm

It was fairly dull, but we decided to get out and stretch our legs , and walked around the Panoramic circuit, and got soaked as it started to rain very hard.

We then had dinner at the Hotel and had an early night.
